Check in on time!:
Please be aware that the check-in desks of Mjet
close 45 minutes prior to departure on all airports
except for the following:
Amsterdam - 60 minutes before
Brussels - 60 minutes before
Tel Aviv - 75 minutes before
New York/EWR - 90 minutes before
Montreal - 60 minutes before
San Francisco* - 90 minutes before
Miami/Orlando - 75 minutes before
Cape Town - 75 minutes before
Muscat/Ras Al K - 60 minutes before
Goa - 75 minutes before
St Marteen/Aruba - 90 minutes before
Curacao - 90 minutes before
Toronto - 60 minutes before
Amman - 50 minutes before
Munich - 60 minutes before
Paris Orly - 50 minutes before
Malaga - 50 minutes before

No exceptions will be made if you arrive too late at
check-in or gate. The gate closes 30 minutes before
scheduled departure time, anyone not present at
that time will be refused boarding and luggage will
be offloaded. In this case the ticket can not be used
on a other flight. Check-in and gate agents have the
last saying concerning acceptance.
Pre seating selection:
As of 01 May 2009 it is possible to choose the seat
of your wish while booking your flight. A standard
seat costs €15,- and a leg room seat €30,- if
selected via our website. During check in it is also
possible to select a leg room seat at a cost of €45,-
per seat per flight (all flights, including long haul,
while availability lasts).
Please bare in mind that the pre seat selection
comes with restrictions. Children and infants,
corpulent passengers, blind and deaf passengers,
pregnant women and disabled passengers are not
allowed to sit at the leg room seats at the
emergency exit-rows. See our general conditions of
travel for more information.
Bagage Allowance:
Mjet allows 20kg per person, every extra kilo of
luggage will be charged.
The excess bagage rate is €20/25USD or CAD per
kilo. A maximum of one suitcase per passenger is
allowed. A extra bag can be checked in, therefore a
extra fee of €25 needs to be payed during check-in.
If you notify us while making your booking via our
website, the fee is €20.
For flights to Canada/USA untill 30 November the
allowance is 2 bags of 23kg per bag per person.
From 1 December and onward 1 bag of 23kg per
person is allowed free of charge. The second bag
may way 23kg with a fee of €50/50USD or CAD.
On board sale:
Mjet has a on board service with a selection of
refreshments, food, candy & gifts. During flights with
a short flying time it may occur that there is little
time left for the gift sale. Please bare in mind that
due to limited storage on board items could be sold
out.

Cancellations:
Cancellations can only be made over the phone
through the Mjet call centre.
Cancellation costs amount to 100% of the total
booking fee. No refund is given therefore, with the
exception of passenger taxes imposed by the airport
or authorities, which can be refunded at your
request. The fuel surcharge will not be refunded. A
request for refund of these taxes must be made in
writing within 3 months of the booked travel date.
